On 29 October 1996, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc., an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to introduce rate changes to AdvantageTM Outbound Service, National Services Tariff Item 222.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 23 December 1996 under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1603.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
