Telecom Order CRTC 97-818-1
On 6 March 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited (MT&T) filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 649, amended by Tariff Notice 649A dated 25 March 1997, proposing to end the MT&T Rewards program under its General Tariff Item 2200.
File No.: Tariff Notices 649/A
1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 10 April 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-484, as amended by Telecom Order CRTC 97-484-1 dated 18 April 1997.
2. The Company was directed to provide a copy of the application for public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date of 1 July 1997.
3. On 17 June 1997, in Telecom Order CRTC 97-818, the Commission approved the proposed tariff revisions on a final basis. This Order was issued in error.
4. In light of the fact that the application was placed on the public record on 23 June 1997 and the 30 day comment period has not elapsed, the proposed tariff revisions remain
with INTERIM approval, and Telecom Order 97-818 should be disregarded.
