The Commission has received from Stentor Resource Centre Inc., on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and TELUS Communications Inc., an application under Tariff Notices 387 dated 2 December 1996 and 387A dated 10 January 1997, to revise the National Services Tariff Item 1017, Overseas Savings Promotion.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-2 dated 3 January 1997 and 97-84 dated 21 January 1997 respectively.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
