On 27 January 1997 and 3 February 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed ex parte applications for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to its Cellular Telephone Service.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-170 dated 12 February 1997 and 97-204 dated 18 February 1997 respectively.

|
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to these applications.
|
|
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
