On 27 January 1997 and 7 February 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed ex parte applications for approval of tariff revisions to the Company's One-Way Paging Services.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 18 February 1997 under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-203 and 97-205.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to these applications.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
