On 21 March 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 256, amended by Tariff Notice 256A dated 11 April 1997, for approval of revisions to its General Tariff Item 2430, Between Friends Subscription Service, and for the introduction of Item 2380, Real Minutes, now called "First Rate".

1. The proposed tariff revisions filed under Tariff Notice 256 were approved on an interim basis on 10 April 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-483.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
