On 14 May 1997, Bell Canada (Bell) filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 6009, amended by TN 6009A dated 23 May 1997, for approval of tariff revisions.

1. Bell filed supporting information pursuant to Review of Regulatory Framework - Targeted Pricing, Anti-Competitive Pricing and Imputation Test for Telephone Company Toll Filings, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-13, 13 July 1994 (Decision 94-13) and Review of Regulatory Framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994 (Decision 94-19).

2. The Commission considers that TNs 6009 and 6009A comply with the imputation test requirements of Decisions 94-13 and 94-19.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

TNs 6009 and 6009A, to become effective on 13 June 1997, are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days of the date of this Order.
