IN THE MATTER OF an application by Coldwater Communications Inc. dated 22 July 1996, for approval of depreciation life characteristics.

IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by BC TEL under Tariff Notice 3553 dated 25 November 1996, for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the regrouping of the Richmond exchange from Rate Group H to consolidated Rate Group F as defined in Tariff Notice 3542, and from Rate Group 16 to Rate Group 17.

WHEREAS BC TEL requested approval of Tariff Notice 3553 upon approval of Tariff Notices 3541 and 3542;
|
|
WHEREAS in Telecom Order CRTC 96-1594 dated 23 December 1996, the Commission granted interim approval to Tariff Notice 3541; and
|
|
WHEREAS the Commission intends to issue a public notice on Tariff Notice 3542 in the near future -
|
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Tariff Notice 3553 is denied.
