Ottawa, 13 May 1997

 

On 20 February 1997, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Department filed for approval an agreement between The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, operating as Thunder Bay Mobility (TBM), and Bell Mobility Cellular Inc.

 

File No.: 300.1

 

This agreement will allow TBM to provide cellular mobile public telephone service within the serving territory of Bell Mobility Cellular Inc., to the mutual benefit of both parties.

 

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The above agreement is approved.
