Telecom Order CRTC 97-623

 

Ottawa, 13 May 1997

 

On 5 March 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (NBTel) filed an application for approval of executed copies of an Agreement specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with S.N.S. Shared Network Services Inc.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The Agreement specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and the Non-Disclosure Agreement between NBTel and S.N.S. Shared Network Services Inc. are approved on an interim basis, with final approval subject to the company filing the revised Form Agreement pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 97-6.
