Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all of the federally regulated Stentor carriers, an ex parte application on 3 April 1997, as amended on 15 April 1997.

1. Stentor filed supporting information pursuant to Review of Regulatory Framework - Targeted Pricing, Anti-Competitive Pricing and Imputation Test Information for Telephone Company Toll Filings, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-13, 13 July 1994 (Decision 94-13) and Review of Regulatory Framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994 (Decision 94-19).

2. The Commission considers that Tariff Notices 446 and 446A comply with the imputation test requirements of Decisions 94-13 and 94-19.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

4. Tariff Notices 446 and 446A are granted interim approval conditional on the company notifying the Commission that the customer has selected Stentor as a carrier. Stentor is to advise the Commission of the outcome of the selection process as soon as possible. If Stentor is selected, the company is directed to provide an abridged copy of the application on the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days of the above notification.
