On 3 September 1996, Stentor Resource Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 222, Advantage Outbound Service, proposing to reduce the monthly minimum charge to $200.00.
