On 26 March 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to increase by $2.00 the monthly rates for residential one party and two party service, pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 95-21 dated 31 October 1995.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1997 are approved.
