The Commisison received an application from Bell Canada on 10 April 1997, as amended on 18 April 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff Item F-1100(uu), pertaining to an arrangement for two optical fibres between a customer's two premises in Montréal, Quebec for a three-year period.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 30 April 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
