On 21 March 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of BC TEL, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 220.3, International Service, indicating that the time and/or charges transaction charge applies on requests made to BC TEL only.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 April 1997 are approved.
