On 21 March 1997, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Message Toll Service Tariff Item 203, Reversal of Charges (Collect Calls), providing for the restriction of collect calling and third number billing to a Cellular 400, 800 or Autotel service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 April 1997 are approved.
