 Telecom Order CRTC 97-528
 On 25 March 1997, Northern Telephone Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to exempt two and four-party line customers in non-urban areas from the requirement to return hardwired telephone sets.

 In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
 The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 25 April 1997 are approved.
