On 11 March 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc., on behalf of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 220.3, International Service, reflecting the expansion of Canada Direct service from Vietnam.
