On 12 March 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of executed copies of an Agreement specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with S.N.S. Shared Network Services Inc.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The Agreement specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and the Non-Disclosure Agreement between BC TEL and S.N.S. Shared Network Services Inc. are hereby approved on an interim basis.
