On 27 March 1997, The Island Telephone Company Limited filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to its Cellular Mobile Telephone Services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
