IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Québec-Téléphone under Tariff Notice 160 dated 7 March 1997, for approval of a promotional campaign to its Message Toll Service, providing discounts every Tuesdays from 20:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during the period 15 April 1997 to 27 May 1997.
