IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. under Tariff Notice 45 dated 25 February 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to provide Consumer Safeguards for Operator Services filed further to Telecom Order CRTC 97-86 dated 21 January 1997, and an associated agreement for alternate providers of operator services.

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
