Telecom Order CRTC 97-44

IN THE MATTER OF an application by AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company (AT&T Canada), dated 1 November 1996, for approval of a revised Schedule H, Home Country Direct Service, to the Canada-United States Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between AT&T Canada and AT&T Corp.

WHEREAS, on 29 November 1996, the Commission received comments from Teleglobe Canada Inc. and reply comments from AT&T Canada on 9 December 1996; and

WHEREAS the Commission has considered the submissions of the parties -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Schedule H is granted interim approval.
