Telecom Order CRTC 97-42

IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (NBTel) under Tariff Notice 590 dated 22 November 1996, providing for power and space required for the location of specific customer-provided equipment in the company's central-office for an initial five-year period.
|
WHEREAS, by letter dated 28 November 1996, the Commission received comments from Fundy Cable Ltd. and NBTel's reply on 3 December 1996; and

WHEREAS the Commission has given consideration to the application in light of all the information received -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved.
