Telecom Order CRTC 97-401

IN THE MATTER OF an application by Excell Solution Partners Inc. (ESPI) dated 10 February 1997, for exemption from contribution charges for services provided by Bell Canada (Bell).
|
Reference: 96-2441
|
WHEREAS in support of its application, ESPI provided an affidavit dated 30 January 1997 affirming that the services in question are used for administrative purposes;
|
WHEREAS by letter dated 19 February 1997, Bell considered that the number of services involved is reasonable, noted that its records confirm the description provided by ESPI, and accordingly, agreed with the requested exemption; and
|
WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that ESPI has met the evidentiary requirements with respect to administrative circuits as set out in Applications for Contribution Exemptions, Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, 1 April 1993 -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

ESPI's application is approved effective the date of installation.
