 Telecom Order CRTC 97-399-1
 On 28 October 1995, the Commission received an application from Global Voice Corporation (Global), for exemption from contribution for access circuits.
 ERRATUM
1.  Correction to Telecom Order CRTC 97-399 dated 25 March 1997.
2.  IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice 5825 dated 16 September 1996, providing for the introduction of Call Messenger Service (CMS).
3.  The above Order is amended to read as follows:
4.  The fourth paragraph should read as follows:
5.  WHEREAS a Phase III Block Diagram attached to Tariff Notice 5825 indicated that the In Service Activation (ISA) feature associated with CMS resides in Bell's local DMS 100 Class 5 switch;
6.  The 16th paragraph should read as follows:
7.  WHEREAS the Commission considers that it is appropriate to classify the ISA feature of CMS in the Utility segment given that this feature has been deployed in Bell's local network; and
8.  The 19th paragraph should read as follows:
9.  2. Bell is directed to develop and file a tariff within 30 days of this Order, reflecting the charge to the Competitive segment for the use of Utility segment facilities used in the provisioning of the ISA feature.
