IN THE MATTER OF an application by AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company dated 10 December 1996, for approval of the One Stop Shopping (OSS) agreement with Sprint Company LP.

WHEREAS the OSS services offered under this agreement are a set of arrangements whereby one international service provider handles communication and co-ordination between a customer, itself and another international service provider regarding the provision of international telecommunications service for that customer -
