IN THE MATTER OF an application by Bell Canada (Bell) dated 6 December 1996, for approval of a new facilities exchange agreement with Télébec ltée.

Reference: 3839.1223
|
WHEREAS this agreement permits the above mentioned parties to exchange the usage of 272 kilometres of spare capacity fibre optic facilities, existing on their transport network, between Fort-Coulonge and Quyon, Quebec;
|
WHEREAS the Commission received comments from Vidéotron Télécom ltée on 6 January 1997 and Bell's reply comments on 16 January 1997; and
|
WHEREAS the Commission has considered the submissions of the parties -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The facilities exchange agreement is approved.
