Telecom Order CRTC 97-348
IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 384 dated 29 November 1996, on behalf of and with the concurrence of MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS), for approval of revisions to National Services Tariff Item 1002, Welcome Back to Advantage Toll-free and Outbound Campaign, available to customers who are returning to MTS as their primary provider of long distance service.
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1504 dated 20 December 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
