IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5867 dated 12 November 1996, for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to General Tariff Item 3295, Real Plus Extra Savings Plan New Enrollment Promotion, for residence customers during the period 1 February 1997 to 15 April 1997.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1438 dated 12 December 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -

|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
