IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 419 dated 3 February 1997, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited and TELUS Communications Inc.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective 1 April 1997 are given interim approval. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
