IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5924 dated 28 January 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to waive the Work Function Service Connection charge for non-contracted Microlink Centrex III Alternate Voice & Data service on orders received between 27 February 1997 and 26 June 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 27 February 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
