IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS) under Tariff Notice 246 dated 24 January 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to (1) discontinue Building Circuits service, (2) remove a restriction regarding the connection of channels to MTS' facilities and (3) remove a reference to building circuits from Channel Charges.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
