IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada (Bell) dated 23 December 1996, for approval of Appendix 7 (9-1-1 Service) of the Interconnection Agreement with Québec-Téléphone.

WHEREAS Appendix 7 outlines the terms and conditions under which Bell will provide the service and equipment, including the software and any database feature, to Québec-Téléphone so it may offer 9-1-1 Service -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Appendix 7 of the Interconnection Agreement between Bell and Québec-Téléphone is approved.
