IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 361 dated 15 October 1996, as amended by Tariff Notice 361A dated 29 October 1996, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, for approval of revisions to its Autumn Savings Promotion.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1298 dated 18 November 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
|
|
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application
|
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
