IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notices 587 dated 1 November 1996 and 587A dated 6 November 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to Special Services Tariff Item 2013, Loyalty Plan, reflecting the new "Welcome Back to NBTel Promotion" and removing the "NBTel Real Plus Welcome Back Promotion" which has expired.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1366 dated 26 November 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application
|
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
