IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 496 dated 28 November 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff, providing for $2.00 per month rate increases for all primary exchange services.

|
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1480 dated 18 December 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
|
|
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application
|
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
