IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by NewTel Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 485 dated 24 July 1996, proposing to advance the start time of the 35% discount rate period on Saturdays from 6 PM to 8 AM for National Services Tariff Item 212, Intraprovincial Message Toll Rate Schedules, Item 213, Canada-Canada Message Toll Rate Schedules, Item 214, Canada-Northwest Message Toll Rate Schedules, and Item 215, Canada-United States Message Toll Rate Schedules.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-909 dated 19 August 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
