Telecom Order CRTC 97-1888

On 24 November 1997, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff, providing the ability to accept credit card, cash card and calling card type payment arrangements through the use of pay telephones equipped with cardreaders, and providing public telephone service to correctional or penal institutions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 24 December 1997 are approved.
