On 21 July 1997, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 530, amended by TN 530A dated 23 September 1997, for approval of tariff revisions providing for a Message Toll Service sales promotion for residential customers from 11 September 1997 to 21 December 1997.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1116 dated 21 July 1997 and 97-1455 dated 10 October 1997.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
