On 17 November 1997, Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) filed an application for approval of an amendment to the 800 Service Origination Agreement between Northwestel and Sprint Canada Inc. providing for changes to the definition of eligible call, provision of service, method of settlement, and term of agreement and termination.
