On 13 November 1997, Telesat Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Assembly Tariff, substituting tariff pages that incorporate changes to the Earth Station Service to reflect the extension of the operating term for the services on a month-to-month basis.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 14 December 1997 are approved.
