On 25 November 1997, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff - Basic Services Items 450 and 505, providing distinct message toll rates for calling to Tokelau and reflecting the establishment of country calling code 690.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 17 December 1997 are approved.
