Ottawa, 9 December 1997

On 10 October 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item 4140, Digital Network Access - 100 Mbps, to introduce a local digital access facility at 100 Megabits per second.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
