On 10 November 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, adding Item B-821(a) providing for Centrex loop extender cards to extend the Montréal Urban Community 9-1-1 service between two central offices in Montréal, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 10 December 1997 are approved.
