Telecom Order CRTC 97-178

IN THE MATTER OF an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5641 dated 4 December 1995, filed on behalf of the Stentor owner companies, with the exception of AGT Limited (now called TELUS Communications Inc.), to provide for central-office located equipment as additions to the customer's private packet network.

WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 95-1397 dated 21 December 1995, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
