IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5639 dated 1 December 1995, for approval of tariff revisions to provide various central office located equipment for a Primary Access Aperture II system which will be used for point-of-sale type transactions.
|
|
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 95-1396 dated 21 December 1995, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
|
|
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -
|
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
