Telecom Order CRTC 97-1744

On 18 September 1997, Bell Canada (Bell) filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item D-24, providing for two OC-12 accesses, one from each two customer locations which are served by the same wire centre in Montréal, Quebec.

1. Comments were received from the Canadian Cable Television Association on 30 September 1997.

2. On 10 October 1997, Bell filed its reply to the comments received.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis.
