File No.: Tariff Notice 37

1. The Commission notes that the Cellular Access Service rates proposed by O.N. Tel are similar to those charged by most independent telephone companies.
2. The Commission notes that, on 29 August 1997, Rogers Cantel Inc. filed a series of applications under Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure seeking amendments to the cellular access tariffs of various independent telephone companies.
3. In light of the foregoing and without prejudice to its determination of the Part VII applications, the Commission approves the proposed tariff revisions on an interim basis.
