On 15 September 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 670, amended by TN 670A dated 22 September 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2320, extending the length of the residential winback offer for an additional two months to end on 30 November 1997.
